These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Virtsona AI, a software service we provide. By purchasing and using Virtsona AI, you agree to follow these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. We’ve written this to be as clear and simple as possible—think of it as a friendly guide to how things work.
Virtsona AI is a tool that lets you create short, viral-style videos (like user-generated content, or UGC) instantly. You can upload your product videos or demos, add an AI-generated influencer “hook” at the start, and generate as many hooks as you want. It’s a one-time purchase software with ongoing access to our service, hosted online (sometimes called Software-as-a-Service, or SaaS).
You need to be at least 18 years old to use Virtsona AI. When you buy it, you’re agreeing that you’re legally allowed to enter into this agreement. You’re also responsible for keeping your account details (like your password) safe and not sharing them with others.
Virtsona AI is a one-time purchase. You pay once, and you get unlimited access to create AI hooks and use the service, as long as we keep it running (more on that later). Prices are shown at checkout, and all sales are final—no refunds unless something’s seriously wrong, like the service not working at all. We’ll let you know if there are any optional add-ons later that might cost extra.
You can use Virtsona AI to create videos for personal or business purposes—like promoting your products or sharing cool content. You’re free to generate as many AI hooks as you like! But here’s what’s not okay:
The videos you upload and the final shorts you create with Virtsona AI are yours to use and share. We don’t claim ownership of your content. However, the AI technology, software, and any hooks we generate are ours—we just give you permission to use them as part of the service. Don’t try to reverse-engineer or claim our tech as your own.
We’ll do our best to keep Virtsona AI running smoothly, but we can’t promise it’ll be perfect 100% of the time. Things like updates, maintenance, or unexpected tech issues might cause short interruptions. If we ever decide to stop offering Virtsona AI entirely, we’ll give you a heads-up at least 30 days in advance.
We’ve built Virtsona AI to help you make awesome videos, but we’re not responsible for how you use it or what happens after. For example, if your video doesn’t go viral or someone sues you over the content, that’s on you. We also can’t guarantee the service will be error-free or meet every expectation you have—it’s provided “as is.”
We care about your privacy. When you use Virtsona AI, we might collect some info—like your email, payment details, and the videos you upload—to make the service work. We won’t sell your info or share it unless we need to (e.g., with payment processors or if the law asks us to). Check our Privacy Policy for more details.
We might update these terms from time to time—like if we add new features or need to clarify something. If we do, we’ll let you know by posting the new version here and emailing you if it’s a big change. Keep using Virtsona AI after that, and it means you’re okay with the updates.
