  • Connected accounts. When you connect TikTok, we store the access and refresh tokens needed to publish on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted at rest.
  • Billing information. Subscription status and customer identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe — we do not store your full payment card.
  • Usage data. Product and funnel events (e.g. steps completed, generations made) used to operate and improve the Service.

How we use information

  • To provide the Service — generate content and publish to connected accounts.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions and trials.
  • To moderate content for safety and compliance.
  • To analyze usage, improve the product, and provide support.
  • To send service and account communications.

How we share information

We share data with service providers who help us operate the Service, including: AI model providers (to generate your content), Stripe (to process payments), TikTok (to publish content you direct us to), email/transactional providers, and analytics tools. AI-generated content

Prompts and reference inputs you provide are sent to third-party AI providers to generate media. Do not submit content you are not authorized to use. Generated content is processed for moderation before it can be published.

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Security
